Welcome to ENVY Cleaning Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our cleaning services. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Important guidelines for customers

To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning service, please note the following guidelines:

  • Payment: Payment is due within 24 hours of service completion. If you have not paid your fee within 24hrs of it being complete there will be a $15 extra fee that will apply. If left unpaid before the next cleaning day, we will be unable to perform the cleaning.
  • Accessibility: Please ensure our cleaning team has clear and safe access to your property.
  • Pet safety: For the safety of our cleaners and your pets, please secure any dangerous or aggressive animals.
  • Pet Hair: There will be an extra charge of $20 if there is an excess of animal hair.
  • Prior to the cleaner’s arrival, please remove all items, clothing, toys, etc that may delay the efficient cleaning of your home. This will maximize productivity and minimize the time we spend to clean your home. If you prefer that our cleaners to remove these items, we are happy to do so and will add the additional billing time with corresponding charges. If we do arrive and items have not been picked up there will be a minimum of an extra $20 fee added on top of your original quote for the time it takes the cleaner to tidy up.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

Customer satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange for our cleaners to return and rectify the issue to your satisfaction.

Liability limitations

While we take utmost care when cleaning your property, please be aware that ENVY Cleaning Company is not responsible for damage to breakables or valuables that are not put away before cleaners scheduled arrival.

ENVY Cleaning Co is not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items. Please inform us of any items in your home that require this type of attention. The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs during each job. In the event that the client finds any damage in the home as a result of our cleaning service, we ask that you notify ENVY Cleaning Co within 24hrs of your service. If notification is made past the 24 hour period, ENVY Cleaning Co reserves the right to deny compensation.
